
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is extremely limited.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be refused upon delivery. Once the box has been opened, there is no longer a full refund option due to the nature of the products sold. There may be some extreme damage cases where a box may be opened and a full refund is issued, but those are extremely rare instances.
Refunds must be approved by the manufacturer, who in every case does what they can, within reason, to accommodate or correct the issues for the buyers. Forbidden Dollhouse is the mediator in the event that a refund is requested, and acts in the best interest of the buyer when circumstances require refunds to be considered.

- Refer-A-Friend Credits
To complete your return, a request with order information must be emailed to yourforbiddendoll@gmail.com
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is determined, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Store credit may also be an option, if so requested by the buyer.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Refunds may take 3-14 days depending upon payment method and bank/credit card company processing times.

Exchanges
There are no exchanges.
Shipping returns
If a doll is to be shipped back to the manufacturer after a box is opened, specific instructions will be sent to the buyer on the steps and process for such a request.
